Responsibilities

Integration Solutions: Convert customer needs and technical constraints into integrated solutions

Standard Setting: Establish and uphold integration and testing standards

Test Strategy: Develop and implement test strategies to ensure system reliability

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various organizations for integration and testing activities

System Readiness: Prepare and assess readiness for system activities

Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to define necessary changes

Process Implementation: Ensure compliance with testing processes and track metrics

Performance Assessment: Analyze systems, evaluate performance, and prepare reports

Discrepancy Management: Evaluate reports and validate fixes affecting systems

Required

Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of education

TS clearance adjudication with SCI OR ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly

Experienced tester, front end, back end, middle tier. Development environments include Java, Wildfly, Openshift, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Redmine, Artifactory, Postgres, some Cloud technologies (such as S3 and ElastiCache), and Oracle

Automated testing experience

Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Robot, Framework, JMeter)

Knowledge of Agile processes is required

The candidate must have recent experience in some of these key areas and be willing/able to be in lead tester positions for Agile scrum teams

Preferred

Extensive knowledge and experience with software testing

Experience using Redmine

Experience with Agile

Experience interacting with the end users and functional customer in support of sprint reviews, sprint demos and In-Plant Acceptance testing is preferred but not required
