New Grad, Entry LevelCommunity Health Services is seeking an IT Support Technician I to provide IT support to agency employees. The role involves completing work requests, assisting IT staff, and performing equipment installations and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Complete equipment installs, moves, etc. under the direction of the IT Lead
Complete assigned tickets in a timely manner, while ensuring continuous communication with ticket owner until closed
Provide on-site IT support for employees as assigned
Assist IT Support Lead in performing preventative hardware and software maintenance as required to ensure continuous operations to the highest extent possible
Perform monitoring and maintenance on systems, under the direction of the IT Lead
Perform installation and configuration of Agency computer systems and networking components
Assist IT Support Lead with the management of network connectivity throughout the Agency
Must be highly available and responsive to requests, including on-call time as assigned
Other duties as assigned by the IT Support Lead or IT Director
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a solid technical understanding of computer systems, networking, client/server applications, etc
Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot problems utilizing all available resources
Able to work individually and in groups
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to travel between agency local sites on a regular basis as required
Must be highly available and responsive to requests, including on-call time as assigned
