Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audits
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Support the Senior Accountant or Finance team with other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
Preferred
Internship or 1+ year of accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems or accounting tools
Knowledge of GAAP or other accounting standards
Russian/English speaking
