Responsibilities
Coordinate and track repossession assignments, ensuring outside agencies meet performance standards
Reviews key factors such as cost, location, urgency, and asset value to determine and assign repossession actions based on economic feasibility
Manage and communicate assignment changes, cancellations, or holds to agencies and internal teams
Review and audit incoming documentation for accuracy and compliance
Appraise equipment and establish fair market values for Credit, Funding, and Collections
Maintain and update internal databases
Ensure confidentiality of company information
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal staff and external vendors
Provide support to other team members as needed
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Data entry skills and the ability to multitask
Collection experience in a leasing/contract environment or equivalent preferred
Experience in equipment evaluation and recovery techniques preferred
