Sales Executive (Healthcare) | Permanent WFH
BizForce is a global remote workforce solutions company dedicated to supporting U.S.-based healthcare clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business by building relationships with healthcare decision-makers, qualifying leads, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
Prospect and engage healthcare organizations through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare leaders and C-level executives
Follow up on qualified leads to ensure contracts are signed and commitments are secured
Respond to prospect inquiries and provide detailed information via email and calls
Research, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
Close deals consistently and achieve or exceed sales targets
Upsell MedCore’s staffing solutions based on client needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in HubSpot CRM
Generate reports and track pipeline activity using CRM tools
Attend local and national trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact through close
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling services to Healthcare Organizations, ideally at the C-level
Existing network within healthcare and/or revenue cycle management
Strong hunter mentality—comfortable with cold calling, networking, and high-volume outreach
Demonstrated success managing and closing multiple sales processes simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Confident phone presence and strong networking abilities
Exceptional listening, negotiation, and closing skills
Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of hitting targets
Preferred
Prior professional sales training is a plus
