Paid Social Media Manager
Colling Media is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager with a strong focus on Meta channels. The role involves leading campaign development, activation, and innovation for paid social media, primarily on Facebook and Instagram, while collaborating with team members to meet client goals and KPIs.
Responsibilities
Leading the development and execution of paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and ensuring client expectations are met
Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising
Collaborating with other team members to develop effective campaigns and strategies
Monitoring campaign performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs
Analyzing data and preparing reports to communicate campaign performance to clients as well as make recommendations for optimizations
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients an internal point of contact for paid social media
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5 years of experience in the tactical execution of paid social media programs in an advertising and marketing agency environment
Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram paid social media advertising
Familiarity with paid social media channels such as LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and other emerging platforms
Ability to develop effective social media campaigns that deliver against client goals and KPIs
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
