Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs
Identify passive talent through targeted research & outreach, industry forums, cold calling, and phone interviewing
Connect and build relationships with potential candidates to assess fit and maintain strong talent pipelines
Qualify leads for recruiters’ workflows and add them to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Keep candidate pipelines active to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects
Stay up to date on industry trends and leverage innovative sourcing tools to stay ahead of talent needs
Join team meetings to share best practices, evaluate results, and continuously improve sourcing strategies
Complete ad hoc projects for the recruiting team and Director of Talent Acquisition, as needed

Required

At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, cold calling and/or recruiting research. Open to candidates with more extensive experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required

Preferred

Experience working on an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plus
Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
