Responsibilities

Provide daily support for PC hardware/software, including Windows 10 and Office 365
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard images
Troubleshoot and maintain printers and peripheral devices
Assist with mobile device troubleshooting
Document and track incidents and requests in the ticketing system
Set clear client expectations and adhere to SLAs
Prioritize and escalate issues based on business impact
Recommend improvements for end-user support and efficiency
Maintain knowledge of hardware standards and emerging technologies
Participate in special projects and on-call rotation

Qualification

Required

6 months to 5 years of experience in: Desktop support
Deploying devices
On-the-fly device repairs

Preferred

Workstation, printer, and peripheral maintenance
General understanding of client/server environments
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
Solid understanding of Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office Suite)
Familiarity with SCCM imaging software
Preferred Certification: CompTIA A+
