Perform processing work according to standard SOPs
Evaluate samples for motility, concentration, volume, and quality
Maintain accurate records and inventory
Keep records on bull registration and enter in appropriate databases
Operate and maintain lab equipment
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license
Capacity to work on feet and stand for long periods of time
Willingness to learn and follow company protocols
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment
Effective communicator with attention to detail
Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and process
Ability to work with numbers and input data
Willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally
Preferred
Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Office
