Responsibilities
Hands on with tools to run data queries on internal database/systems, as well as local agency databases
Present a story using data
Visualize data on slides along with a story
Conducting desk research and gathering information from various sources
Assisting with the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
Identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data
Organizing and maintaining data in a structured manner
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Assisting with the design and execution of research projects
Supporting the analysis and cascading of research findings
Preparing reports, presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
Working closely with other team members and stakeholders
Providing administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present data and insights to the teams
Data Analysis Skills
Presentation Skills: Ability to create clear and compelling presentations
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., Google office tools, Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, Nielsen database, Euromonitor, etc.)
