Responsibilities

Use Bill of Material and print to test coils to comply with safety, quality and methods procedures

Setup and operate testing equipment used in leak detection of copper, brass and cupro-nickel construction

This position requires the ability to operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling and inspect coils prior to test

Assemble vent and drain plugs, if required

Apply set pressure to coil with helium and check for leaks

Tester will repair all leaks and record data
