Commercial Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced commercial litigation paralegal for an Am Law firm, supporting high-stakes federal matters in a fully remote environment. This role will allow you to take ownership of key litigation workflows, including e-filings and virtual exhibit binders.

Responsibilities

Manage federal e‑filings , docketing, and compliance with federal/local rules
Build and maintain virtual deposition and trial binders for exhibits, witnesses, and remote proceedings
Lead document review, organization, and productions using Relativity (advanced user strongly preferred)
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and litigation correspondence
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial support logistics
Maintain priorities, timelines, and accurate billable hour entries

Required

5+ years of litigation experience with strong federal court exposure
Experience in commercial litigation, mass tort, or class action matters
High‑level Relativity proficiency (searches, batching, productions, analytics a plus)
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment
Strong drafting, research, organization, and communication skills
Comfort with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Asana)

Preferred

Multi‑jurisdictional litigation support experience
Trial‑team support (witness prep, exhibit management, tech coordination)
