Responsibilities
Review, abstract and process commercial leases (US-based) and related documents
Perform data entry, validation, and management of lease documents
Process change requests
Track and resolve mid-level issues and escalate high-level issues
Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and industry alignment of expenses
Identify potential compliance issues to present to client or supervisor
Participate in special projects
Suggest systems, procedures, and/or processes that would enhance productivity and quality of the department
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Lucernex
5+ years of experience in functional knowledge of US Lease management
8+ years of experience in client relationship management
