Process Validation that helps us qualify new materials from the supplier
Great Communication
CAPA around investigations
Medical device exp./knowledge
MUST BE comfortable speaking with Suppliers
Validation of the suppliers’ materials
Demonstrate that candidate is able to work with suppliers and relay expectations and drive the qualification of new materials
Ideal would have a quality/manufacturing background or quality/regulatory background
Be able to read specifications, comfortable communicating with suppliers and come back with how to qualify materials. This would need to be actual experience so knowing how to and not being told how to

Minimum 1 year in medical device space (internships/school projects will not be counted towards years worked)
Bachelor's in Engineering degree preferable
Preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in medical device space
CQE preferable
Quality/manufacturing background or quality/regulatory background
