Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a growing roster of HNW and UHNW client households
Lead client meetings from day one, driving both investment and planning conversations
Work hands-on with highly customized, non-discretionary portfolios
Represent the firm in local Fidelity and Schwab branches, including delivering educational presentations
Partner closely with an associate advisor and client service manager to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience

Required

CFP® required
An experienced Lead Advisor serving HNW clients
Confident discussing investments, portfolio construction, and strategy —not only planning
Strong foundation in comprehensive financial planning
An engaging communicator with the presence to speak at branch events and client-facing programs
Ability to work on-site full-time in Tysons, with local branch travel

Preferred

Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred. CFP® candidates with a 66 who can obtain the 7 in an agreed timeline may be considered
eMoney experience a plus
