Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize •in vitro• display platforms to integrate synthetic or EXIS immune libraries
Apply HTP selection and screening (e.g., FACS, cell-based assays, microfluidics) to identify binders with improved affinity, functional or biophysical properties
Design, strategize, and execute on engineering requests to further develop and optimize candidates
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Protein Science, AI/ML, and NGS groups
Drive platform innovation through agile, hypothesis-driven research and rapid iteration

Required

PhD or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemical engineering, or Immunology with 3+ (PhD) or 5+ (MS) years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and utilizing mammalian display and one or more platforms (e.g. yeast/phage display, CHO secretion) for HTP screening of antibody libraries
Experience with antibody library design and construction
Familiarity with antibody sequence analysis tools (Geneious, PipeBio)
Experience with flow cytometry panning and iQue cell binding screening
Strong understanding of therapeutic antibody discovery process
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive multiple projects
Demonstrated experience in collaborating across various scientific disciplines in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Working knowledge in binding, functional or developability assays for antibody characterization
Familiarity with structural biology tools (e.g., PyMOL, Chimera, AlphaFold)
Keen interest in AI/ML driven discovery, protein optimization, and attribute prediction
Experience in antigen design and preparation
