Responsibilities

Perform ScrumMaster duties and oversee the scrum development team
Use knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum to educate others, providing coaching and training at the team level to empower the team to self-organize
Act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and assist with conflict resolution
Leading daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other project-related meetings, coaching the team on Scrum principles and best practices
Facilitating open discussion and conflict resolution; identify and resolve issues that might arise during scrum execution; update activities in a project management tracking tool
Record and maintain product requirements and the backlog
Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and address challenges
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational Agile practices

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field of study, 4 years additional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
Active TS/SCI OR TS with SCI eligibility with poly OR the ability to successfully pass a poly required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master on a Scrum team
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching others how to become Agile
Certification: Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent
Knowledge of and experience with JIRA/Confluence/GitLab/Artifactory
Knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum
Familiarity with SAFe methodology

Preferred

Experience working within a DevSecOps culture
Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners
Familiar with AWS
Familiarity with DIA mission applications
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Redmine)
Experience with intelligence collection management applications
Experience with scrum project management, agile software development, and software version control management
Strong communication skills
Adept at organizing and motivating teams
Adept at solving problems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with multiple Agile teams in different organizations
