Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communications strategies that inform, educate, and engage colleagues across hospitals, physician practices, and urgent care clinics

Create compelling content such as executive messages, newsletters, blogs, presentations, and intranet articles

Collaborate with teams like HR, Information Security, and Creative Services to ensure alignment and consistency

Track and report performance metrics to measure communication effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field required
