Responsibilities

Manage and guide field staff to evaluate products to grow business and meet competitive threats. Ensure commercial strategies and tactics are executed in a timely manner. 55%
Manage field staff to address customer’s technical questions/concern/requirement as supplier. Ensure commercial strategies and tactics are executed in a timely manner. 25%
Align inside technical staff to work with other internal Chemtrade functions to ensure products meet all external requirements to supply into market. Support technical product quality, cost minimization, and process development efforts 15%
Manage and align R & D project work with commercial and operational requirements. 5%

Qualification

Water treatment industryPeople managementDirect sales experienceP & L responsibilityScienceEngineering degree

Required

BS or MS in Science or Engineering
Minimum 10 years in water treatment industry
Minimum 10 years people management experience

Preferred

Ideal 5 years direct sales and sales management experience
Ideal 3 years P & L business responsibility
