Responsibilities

Perform aseptic cell processing and primary cell culture in support of CAR T material generation
Execute small- and full-scale CAR T processing protocols
Run cell culture, harvest samples, and analyze data using lab-based instruments
Maintain electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and contribute to in vivo study preparations
Collaborate across teams to support process development and scale-up for CAR T assets
Draft SOPs and study reports
