Responsibilities
Explore and implement state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) techniques for content indexing, retrieval, and relevance ranking
Optimize search algorithms to deliver accurate and context-aware results across diverse content repositories
Analyze and compare available generative AI tools in the market
Work with large-scale content datasets (documents, emails, multimedia) to create labeled training data for AI models
Annotate content with relevant metadata, semantic tags, and entity recognition to improve search accuracy
Develop tools for automated content enrichment using AI-driven techniques
Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive search interfaces that leverage AI features
Conduct usability testing and iterate on search interface designs based on user feedback
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Retrieval, or a related field
0 - 2 years of related IT and or AI experience
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
