Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise LAN/WAN networks and related systems
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, controllers
Monitor network performance; optimize availability and reliability
Implement and maintain network security controls
Perform DR, backup, and recovery operations
Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues
Replace and upgrade faulty network components
Maintain AV, email, and endpoint protection systems
Create and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation
Manage network access and usage policies
Lead/manage network team and coordinate workloads
Collaborate with internal users and cross-functional teams
Some travel required
Qualification
Required
BS in IT or equivalent hands-on experience (Network Engineering focus)
Strong understanding of Cisco network infrastructure, hardware, and protocols
Experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls
Network security experience (Cisco ASA Preferred)
Ability to design and document network architectures
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Self-directed, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
