Start in 2026 SummerUSTA National Campus is the national governing body for tennis in the United States, focused on promoting the sport and making it accessible to all. The Technology PMO Internship offers hands-on experience in project management, where the intern will assist with project coordination, documentation, reporting support, meeting facilitation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Assist Program Managers in tracking deliverables, managing deadlines, and following up on action items across multiple concurrent technology projects
Maintain and organize PMO assets such as risk logs, decision registers, project charters, and knowledge-base documents using tools like Jira, Confluence, and monday.com
Collect status updates from project leads, assist in preparing weekly reports and executive dashboards, and help develop materials for steering committee meetings
Schedule and prepare for project meetings, capture accurate meeting notes, and distribute action items to keep stakeholders aligned
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency within PMO workflows and lead a small initiative, such as implementing a new template or documentation standard
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated interest in technology, digital transformation, and/or project or program management through coursework, organizations, or prior experience
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
Possess a systems-thinking approach to solving problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Preferred
Familiarity with monday.com, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
