Responsibilities
Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems
Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams)
Manage a dynamic schedule across the territory
Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline
2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing laboratory instrumentation
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Strong time management and the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally outside the region
Must pass pre-employment background check, education and employment verification, and a 10-panel drug screening (including marijuana)
Preferred
Previous experience traveling for field service work
Familiarity with process-based applications
