Sales Executive (Architecture & Engineering) | Permanent WFH

BizForce is a global remote workforce solutions company, and they are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships while selling remote staffing solutions to North American Architecture and Engineering firms.

Responsibilities

Prospect, network, and connect with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
Follow up on qualified leads to move prospects through the sales funnel and secure signed contracts
Educate potential clients on BizForce services and respond to inquiries with timely, accurate information
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of current and prospective clients using HubSpot CRM
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and staffing solutions
Research, qualify, and develop new leads within the Architecture & Engineering space
Close deals and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Represent BizForce at local and national trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Qualification

Sales experience in A/EHubSpot CRM proficiencyMicrosoft Office proficiencyNetworking skillsResults-driven mindsetSales trainingVerbal communicationWritten communicationOrganizational skillsRelationship-building

Required

Proven experience selling services to Architectural and Engineering firms
Existing network of A/E industry contacts is required
Self-starter mentality—you're comfortable with cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach
Demonstrated success managing and closing multiple sales cycles simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Confident phone presence and strong relationship-building abilities
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Preferred

Previous professional sales training is a plus
