Start in 2026 SummerUSTA National Campus is the national governing body for the sport of tennis, focused on promoting and developing tennis across the United States. The Industry & Sales Intern will support initiatives to grow player participation and assist in managing strategic partnerships, providing exposure to various projects in the sports business environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with execution of 35x35 initiatives focused on player acquisition, retention, and grassroots program development
Support growth partnerships aimed at expanding participation and identifying new funding opportunities
Contribute to the development of playbooks, marketing materials, and national programming resources
Support the onboarding and communication process for new and existing USTA Connect partners
Help ensure marketing, integration, and activation deadlines are met
Collect, organize, and report partner data; assist with uploading data into the Kinetica platform
Generate and distribute catchment reports to partners, tracking performance and engagement metrics
Qualification
Required
Current graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passionate about sports, particularly tennis and eager to contribute to the USTA's mission of growing the game
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems or data visualization tools
