CRM Integration Specialist

AdvizorPro is a fast-growing SaaS company powering sales and marketing teams across the financial services ecosystem. They are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Integration Specialist to manage client CRM integrations and ensure they align with client workflows, while also supporting clients post-implementation and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

Own and manage client CRM integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and other supported platforms
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure integrations align with client sales and marketing workflows
Partner directly with Sales Ops and RevOps stakeholders to understand CRM structure, field logic, and data requirements
Configure, test, and validate integrations using AdvizorPro’s tools and supported workflows
Ensure data is mapped, labeled, and delivered cleanly and correctly
Support clients post-implementation by troubleshooting issues and answering integration-related questions
Surface patterns, gaps, and improvement ideas to Product and Engineering as you gain exposure to client use cases

Required

Experience in a technical, customer-facing role (CRM support, onboarding, RevOps, Sales Ops, implementation, or similar)
Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics)
Comfort working with: CRM objects and fields, Data mapping and validation, Permissions, workflows, and basic integrations
Extremely detail-oriented - you double-check your work and take pride in getting things right
Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn the financial services and SaaS landscape
Not a developer - but technically confident and comfortable figuring things out

Preferred

Experience in financial services, wealthtech, or B2B SaaS is a plus, not a requirement
