Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications across internal teams and client stakeholders
Support planning, documentation, and tracking of project milestones, risks, and deliverables
Facilitate meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools
Assist with project governance, issue escalation, and third-party coordination
Contribute to both technical and non-technical projects, depending on your experience and interests
Communicate progress clearly and consistently to ensure alignment and transparency

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or team leadership driving large scale projects in a matrixed environment
Ability to work after hours, on-call, or weekends as needed, and travel up to 25%
Recently separated from military service or actively serving in the National Guard/Reserve component
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

Preferred

Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, or Visio
Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Staff operations, command, department head, senior enlisted advisor experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Interest in pursuing PMP certification
Experience or interest in banking, financial services, professional services, and/or software industries
Strong written and verbal communication skills
