Provide clerical assistance for quality improvement and planning processes
Compile college enrollment and outcome reports
Assist with administration of internal surveys
Compiling data for student outcomes, institutional information, effectiveness, and planning
Handle scheduling for meetings and travel logistics
Respond to requests for information
Complete reports
Qualification
Required
Combination of post-secondary education and work experience is required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to manage time well
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Experience in project management
Experience in data management
Utilization of Microsoft software tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SQL, Access, etc.)
Ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful
