B2B Sales Account Executive
Partners Personnel is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in light industrial staffing across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. They are seeking a B2B Outside Sales Account Executive to drive new client acquisition in the Tampa market, focusing on building relationships and closing new business.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close new B2B accounts within the Tampa market
Conduct in-person sales meetings with decision-makers (HR, Operations, Plant Managers, Owners)
Own the full B2B sales cycle: cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, networking, presentations, negotiations, and closing
Build and grow a long-term book of business through consultative selling
Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored staffing solutions
Understand and manage pricing, margins, and contract terms
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure service excellence and account retention
Consistently hit activity, pipeline, and revenue KPIs
Qualification
Required
Staffing industry experience required
Proven success in B2B outside sales / hunter roles
Track record of new account acquisition and revenue growth
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field
Experience using CRM systems such as Bullhorn to manage pipelines and forecasts
Desire to build something long-term — not transactional sales
