Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and deliver required disclosures for Consumer Real Estate transactions
Review and report applicable transactions that are subject to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)
Assist Frontline staff regarding regulatory requirements, RCB Bank loan policy, and procedural questions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum one (1) year of banking experience
You possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
You can pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
You can work in fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
You care about your community and have a desire to be involved
Preferred
Previous Consumer Real Estate and/or regulatory experience
