Foot Locker is seeking passionate, customer-focused team members to join them temporarily during their peak All Star Season. The Visual Associate will support the store by maintaining premium visual standards and delivering an exceptional shopping experience during one of their busiest times of the year.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Store Manager and work primarily within your home store
Execute visual merchandising directives as outlined in monthly guidelines to maintain brand standards
Ensure sales floor replenishment and product presentation aligns with company standards
Maintain mannequin and fixture standards, updating as needed per seasonal and promotional changes
Support window and marketing setups, making adjustments based on the latest visual directives
Assist with launches of new visual/marketing initiatives within the store
Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improved visual presentation and customer experience
Provide feedback on visual merchandising successes and challenges to the Store Manager
Ensure compliance with company visual standards and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
Support special projects, seasonal installs, and promotional setups as directed
Partner with store team members to train and reinforce visual merchandising best practices when necessary

Required

Must have retail visual merchandising experience
Must possess strong written and communication skills
Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously
Must partner effectively with business associates at all levels, across multiple business functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Lotus Notes or similar email platform
Must be able to lift 30 lbs
