Analyze, design, and implement business and technical IT solutions using software development life cycle methodologies
Collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and conversions to optimize performance and functionality
Utilize specialized knowledge to address and resolve complex technical challenges
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical contexts
Lead the design, development, and support of IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in mainframe systems and legacy technologies
