They are seeking a Field Service Technician who will travel within a 100-mile radius to install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment while building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Bring live and troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, Currency Discriminators, and Coin machines
Upgrade software and hardware
Diagnose system complications and perform repairs
Perform preventative maintenance
Communicate effectively with QDS team members and customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
People person! Friendly and sociable with great relationship building skills – ability to create an instant rapport with customers
Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Clean and neat appearance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize travel schedule and manage time effectively
This position requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record
This position requires successfully passing a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
Preferred
associate degree preferred
1+ years of experience as a field service technician preferred
NCR Certification /OEM ATM/ITM certification a plus (Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, etc.)
