Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects , including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Drive M&A-related IT integration , ensuring seamless system consolidation and data migration
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance standards
Provide executive-level reporting and status updates

Qualification

Required

10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP implementations
Strong background in M&A integration projects and enterprise system consolidation
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in global, multi-site project environments

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification
