They are seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer, Affiliate & Partnerships to lead their creator and partner ecosystem, particularly with a focus on TikTok, and to drive brand growth through influencer campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own end to end influencer strategy across brand and performance marketing on Instagram and TikTok, driving both brand equity and conversion

Source and manage creators, develop briefs, oversee content approvals, and manage product seeding

Own the publication affiliate program through platforms such as ShareASale and Impact, managing publisher relationships, commissions, placements, newsletters, and performance reporting

Lead influencer contracting and negotiation, including scopes of work, usage rights, timelines, compensation, manage the influencer and affiliate budgets

Track and analyze influencer and affiliate performance, partnering with our Growth team to optimize results and maintain accurate reporting and documentation

Own strategic brand partnerships and collaborations with external brands, managing partner selection, scopes, timelines, and execution beyond giveaways, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals

Support the gifting and seeding programs tied to launches and key brand moments, including strategy, creator lists, product allocation, timelines, and tracking

Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives

Required

5–8+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or partnership marketing, ideally in consumer brands or lifestyle-focused companies

Proven ability to build and scale influencer and affiliate programs from strategy through execution

Demonstrated success growing a brand on TikTok, including knowledge of content trends, platform best practices, and creator collaborations

Strong creative sensibility and ability to conceptualize compelling campaigns in partnership with creative teams

Analytical skills with experience measuring KPIs, engagement, and ROI across channels

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills

Strategic mindset with the ability to elevate brand positioning through creator-led initiatives

Passion for innovation in influencer marketing, TikTok, and the creator economy
