Director, National Ad Sales (FAST Streaming)

Revry is a global streaming network for queer series and movies, dedicated to amplifying intersectional queer stories. The Director of National Ad Sales (FAST Streaming) will lead efforts to grow national advertising revenue across FAST and CTV platforms, engaging media agencies and brand marketers to value LGBTQ+ audiences in media plans.

Responsibilities

Own and grow national revenue: Manage and expand a national book of business across agencies and brand-direct advertisers
Close high-impact deals: Drive six- and seven-figure FAST and CTV deals, including upfronts, scatter, sponsorships, and custom packages
Shape buyer education: Position LGBTQ+ audiences as year-round, high-influence consumers — not limited to Pride or cultural moments
Develop strategic partnerships: Build custom branded content, sponsorship, and audience-based solutions aligned to client goals
Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with ad operations, marketing, programming, and leadership to ensure strong execution, renewals, and client satisfaction
Own forecasting & pipeline: Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and CRM pipeline management
Represent Revry externally: Serve as a senior face of the company at industry events, agency roadshows, and marketplace conversations

Required

4–8+ years of advertising sales experience (FAST, CTV, OTT, digital video, or linear TV)
Proven success closing large, complex media deals with agencies and/or brand marketers
Existing relationships with media agencies and brand decision-makers
Familiarity with CTV measurement, attribution, and brand lift studies

Preferred

Experience selling culturally relevant or audience-specific media is a strong plus
