They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of their enterprise software to retailers, educate the market on the Tulip platform, and develop relationships with leading retail brands.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of the Tulip solution to achieve quota; accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a quarterly and annual basis
Develop and execute business plan, account plans, strategy and tactics to generate revenue from assigned geographical territory and/or account base within North America
Develop customer specific value propositions, business cases, and ROI
Understand customer’s business objectives and be able to align the Tulip solution to their problems ensuring Tulip is viewed as a strategic partner to help them meet these goal
Responsible for annual and quarterly strategic business plan to achieve Tulip sales objectives
Develop sales initiatives and work cross-functionally within Tulip and our extended partner community to execute sales programs with excellence
Educate customers on the Tulip solution and the value it brings to a large retail organization
Engage executives in targeted retail accounts and help them along a buying process
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using Salesforce and other tools
Negotiate complex multi-phased deals including professional services

Required

5+ years previous enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of sourcing and executing deals to enterprise customers in a complex sales environment with deal sizes (ACVs) $150K+
Prior experience selling software to retail, e.g. eCommerce, POS, OMS, RFID, Store Operations, OmniChannel etc
Ambition and hunger to win deals and a track record of exceeding quota
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience presenting to executive audiences
Knowledge of CRM and Sales tools including Salesforce and 6sense
Willingness to travel (10-20%) for sales meetings, conferences and interactions with customers and prospects

Preferred

fluency or native proficiency in Spanish
