Enterprise Account Manager (Growth & Retention) - AI F100
Method Recruiting is partnering with a high-growth technology company building critical infrastructure for advanced applications. The Enterprise Account Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, focusing on account growth, expansion strategy, and revenue outcomes while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, expansion, and long-term growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase adoption and consumption-based revenue
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions
Own a revenue target and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Analyze account-level performance data to surface insights and inform growth strategies
Lead executive-level engagements, including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and customer briefings
Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic guidance and feedback to internal teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts in technical or developer-focused environments
Proven success owning and growing large revenue portfolios ($10M+ annually) with consistent quota attainment
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Data-driven, organized, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
