They are seeking a hardworking part-time Records Center Specialist to join their records management team, responsible for various duties such as receiving and processing inventory, and managing inventory organization and retrieval.

Responsibilities

Handle Incoming/Outgoing shipments, and general warehouse work

Process, assign and file incoming inventory into Record Center locations

Maintain neat and orderly work area

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Collaborate with team members

Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues

Perform all physical requirements without assistance

Travel between facilities when necessary

Mentor others as opportunities arise

Work on your feet all-day

Lift, load and move boxes (average weight: 25 to 40 pounds)

Qualification

Warehouse operations knowledgeRF scanner proficiencyBasic computer skillsBasic math skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detailSelf-motivated

Required

Knowledge of warehouse operations with the ability to place and retrieve items in a safe and timely manner, preferably with bar-coding experience

Proficient with an RF scanner

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently

Able to stand for extended periods of time

Basic math, reading, and basic computer skills

Good communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Self-motivated with minimum supervision required

Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Warehouse experience: 1 year
