Plan, coordinate, budget and oversee successful completion of construction projects ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards
Develop and maintain schedules and monitor progress while ensuring key stakeholders are informed of project progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Five years' experience in project management
Experience working with furniture vendors, architects, contractors
Valid Texas Driver's License
Develop plans
Compile and analyze reports
Compose applicable policies and procedures
Compose letters/memoranda
Coordinate meetings
Interview potential employees
Able to research information
Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
Strong computer skills
