Paralegal - Health Quality Enforcement Senior Legal Analyst
The California Department of Justice is seeking a Paralegal - Health Quality Enforcement Senior Legal Analyst to provide complex legal support in administrative, state, and federal court litigation. This role involves managing cases for health care oversight agencies, assisting in judicial reviews, and collaborating with various stakeholders while maintaining high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Provide a high level of varied, complex and analytical legal work in administrative, state and federal courts litigation for a team of deputy attorneys general
Manage cases and issues on behalf of health care oversight agency clients, including disciplinary actions against health care professional licensees
Provide paralegal assistance in judicial review proceedings of agencies' disciplinary decisions, and state and federal civil litigation matters
Work collaboratively and professionally with members of the Section, client staff, investigators, and the public
Manage his/her work under tight deadlines, public scrutiny, and pressure to produce high quality work in short timeframes
Open and close cases in ProLaw
Actively assist Supervising Deputy Attorneys General in case management
Draft correspondence and legal pleadings
Assist in interviews and litigation tasks
Analyze, extract, and process complex and difficult documents related to statistical record keeping to comply with Business and Professions Code section 312.2
Qualification
Required
