Responsibilities
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to drive operational improvements
Support setup and launch activities for new warehouse operations
Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
Lead training programs to strengthen the skills and capabilities of the operations team
Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Willingness to travel for business within the U.S. and Canada
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
Preferred
1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, B2B/B2C logistics operations, or import logistics
Knowledge of logistics systems, especially WMS
