Responsibilities

Report to the MSEIT IPT Lead for all Active RF programs in Space Systems – Baltimore
Lead the MSEIT organization for one of the portfolio’s programs for a next-gen Space RADAR
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for all mission elements, including ground system tasking and processing, RADAR payload, Space Vehicle (bus), and on-orbit operations
Monitoring spending rate
Organizing 3-month increment planning across the MSEIT team
Supervising task milestone progress
Weekly reporting of quantifiable backup data (QBD)

Required

5 years of Technical Team Leadership Experience
Full Program Life-cycle Experience
Cost Account Management Experience
Experience with Atlassian Tools, including Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Git, etc
United States Citizenship
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access and Polygraph

Preferred

BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineer
Experience with ESA (Electronically Scanned Array) Antennas, RADARs, and Space Sensor System Payloads for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Targeting Missions
