Responsibilities

Direct incoming calls and walk-ins adhering to the department’s values of good customer service
Distribute incoming mail to appropriate program and/or individual
Purchasing responsibilities following required policies, procedures, and contracts
Reconciliation of bill pay documents for accuracy and adhering to policies and procedures
Review and process technical correspondence: proofing for accuracy, completeness and compliant with established policies and procedures
Provide support to the environmental programs and the administrative team members
Responsible for annual office inventory
Perform other related work as assigned

Required

Valid Driver's License
Available to work 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional overtime and overnight travel
