The role focuses on resident teaching, mentorship, and providing outpatient internal medicine care, along with engaging in academic responsibilities such as curriculum development and program evaluation.

Provide outpatient internal medicine care in a teaching clinic

Precept and mentor Internal Medicine residents

Participate in didactic teaching, curriculum development, and academic activities

Engage in program evaluation, quality improvement, and scholarly activity

Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary faculty

Qualification

Board Certified in Internal MedicineGraduate medical educationTeaching experienceCommunication skillsCollaborative skills

Required

MD or DO

Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM)

Demonstrated interest in graduate medical education

Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred

Prior teaching or academic experience preferred
