Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams on several projects to ensure they stay on schedule and budget
Organize and plan project development tasks and schedules
Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are developed successfully
Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
Interface with outside consultants for items such as: air permitting, engineering design, legal services, etc
Prepare, manage, optimize, and report on project schedules and budgets
Create presentations to communicate project status to key internal and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent field
Minimum 5 years' experience in project/program development/management or equivalent field
Experience working with multiple team members within a matrix environment
Experience with large capital project development, management, and construction
Ability to organize, perform and prioritize various functions to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
Detail-oriented
Effective technical/analytical skills
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and know when to elevate issues
Deadline-driven and ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects
Ability to address and resolve complex issues as they arise
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to solve practical problems and quickly learn new skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Available to travel domestically 25-30% of the time
