Responsibilities
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Own cost control, forecasting, and monthly financial projections
Coordinate detailed schedules with Superintendents and subcontractors
Negotiate, execute, and manage subcontract and purchase order scopes
Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
Qualification
Required
5+ As a Project Manager with a general contractor
Strong experience on commercial ground-up construction projects
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Preferred
Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
Relationship-driven leader with strong follow-through
