Business Development Representative
NP Digital is a global award-winning performance marketing agency, recognized for its innovative digital marketing strategies. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building to drive the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (inbound queries, social media, industry events, etc.) to identify and qualify potential leads for our products and services
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our company, understand their needs, and schedule appointments with our Account Executives
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services, addressing their inquiries, and nurturing them through the sales funnel
Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather relevant information to qualify leads based on established criteria
Appointment Setting: Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified leads for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition of information and expectations
Documentation: Accurately and consistently update our CRM system with all relevant lead information, communications, and progress updates
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other BDRs, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to share best practices, insights, and strategies for lead generation and conversion
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed assigned goals and targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and appointment setting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated interest and aptitude for sales
Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies, technologies, and industry trends
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
