Responsibilities

Take end-to-end responsibility for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving impactful learning and enablement experiences for SAP Business AI
Develop comprehensive learning programs that help customers and partners not only understand AI — but confidently apply it to real business outcomes
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deeply understand capabilities, translate them into clear learning assets, and ensure training always reflects the latest innovations
Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge
Mentor and support colleagues with a collaborative mindset, helping foster a modern, forward-thinking learning culture

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the technology sector
Experience in instructional design tools, e-learning platforms or other innovative learning technologies
Strong understanding of AI concepts and SAP Business AI solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
